- ➤ Wonder, a new celebrity chef-partnered food hall at 1771 N. Pierce Street in Rosslyn, will open at 4:30 p.m. this Thursday with a ribbon cutting, giveaways, and live music by cellist Benjamin Gates+ the first 100 visitors will receive $10 gift cards and tote bags designed by D.C. artist Trap Bob. The hall will operate daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and will host a community run on Saturday with check-in at 9:30 a.m. from 3100 Clarendon Blvd, offering tote bags and a $25 Wonder credit for lunch. - ➤ Arlington police are investigating a weekend incident in which a cyclist brandished what appeared to be a firearm near Clarendon just before 3 a.m. Saturday and a trio of young women stole packages from a residential building's mailroom in Ballston early Sunday—both cases are ongoing. ARLnow

- ➤ A new yacht rock cabaret called Sailing: Yacht Rock debuts tomorrow night at Signature Theatre in Shirlington and features tunes like Escape, The Pina Colada Song by Christopher Cross with tickets priced at $53. - ➤ Adaptive reuse projects on three aging office buildings lowered Arlington’s office vacancy rate from 23.5% to 22.2% after Board approval on July 19, with another conversion set for September that may reduce it further.
