- ➤ New owners Jessica Cordova and Arturo Encarnacion took over the cafe at 1924 N. Uhle Street last month and renamed it Cafecito, where the menu now features Mexican flavors with new drinks, lunch items and pastries from local Mexican-American suppliers. - ➤ Arlington's Columbia Pike Blues Festival will be held Friday, June 14, featuring local bands plus food trucks, artisan vendors and family-friendly activities. - ➤ County Board members will review street upgrades in Bluemont and Claremont—projects for new sidewalks and curb ramps—and plan improvements for the Shirlington plaza this weekend.
