- ➤ An Arlington officer is recovering after a car driven by Anthony Aquice struck him earlier this month—Aquice, who has prior traffic offenses in Fairfax County, now faces felony hit and run charges and is held without bond, fueling concerns over enforcement of dangerous driving laws, officials said.
