Irving Street is blocked Saturday morning for the Bunny Hop 5K from about 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., parts of Washington Boulevard and N. - ➤ On April 25th at about 7:15 a.m., a teenage girl who rides her bike and attends Swanson Middle School in Westover was struck by a driver who did not stop at the stop sign—she was rushed to a local trauma center in stable condition and no citation was issued. ARLnow

- ➤ A D.C. deli inspired by New York foods will open this summer at 1028 N. Garfield Street in Clarendon — a space that previously housed UnCommon Luncheonette. Founder Gina Chersevani, a veteran mixologist, will serve deli sandwiches, egg creams, and cocktails while adding menu items that honor her Sicilian heritage — including braised swordfish and stuffed knishes. - ➤ Club Pilates will open its new studio at 3000 Washington Blvd in Clarendon in late July as it replaces Urban Kempo, a martial arts studio that closed last year.
