  • Seven Arlington and Falls Church restaurants were named finalists at the 43rd annual RAMMY Awards during a ceremony on Monday and include nominees in categories like Fast Casual Restaurant of the Year, Wine Program of the Year, and Hottest Sandwich Spot of the Year. HEALTH NEWS

  • A new state law will remove out-of-pocket costs for follow-up breast examinations—tests that may be needed after a mammogram from state-regulated plans. The bill passed unanimously through the General Assembly and will go into effect in July, aiming to help women detect cancer early.  WJLA

  • Chef Raythan Choduri runs Curry and Clay Oven on Langston Boulevard where he makes butter chicken and other Indian dishes from slow cooked sauces and fresh naan.
